For many years, our friends at the Stillwater Mindfulness Practice Center in Silver Spring have drawn “Oracle” cards at their New Year’s Day Brunch, printed with passages from the Tao Te Ching or (for children and the young-at-heart) from the Wisdom of Pooh.
