We are a group of people from many different backgrounds coming together to support one another in mindfulness. We are part of a worldwide network of communities inspired by the teachings and practices of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.

Our teacher Thich Nhat Hanh, Thay, passed away peacefully at Từ Hiếu Temple in Huế, Vietnam, on 22nd January, 2022, at the age of 95. .We are all Thay’s continuation.

We offer this website as a contribution to helping strengthen your practice, wherever you are.
